Mitch possesses a wealth of experience in employee benefits consulting and client service, supporting employers with strategic plan design, compliance, and day-to-day benefits administration. He partners closely with organizations of all sizes to simplify the complexities of healthcare and ancillary benefits, delivering thoughtful guidance, responsive service, and solutions that align with both business goals and employee needs.

Prior to joining MDG Benefit Solutions, Mitch served as an Account Manager at both large national and boutique brokerages where he managed a portfolio of mid to large market employer groups and supported renewal strategy, plan performance analysis, and vendor coordination. His experience leads to end-to-end client service, carrier negotiations, benefits administration implementations, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Mitch began his career on the customer service side, where he developed a strong foundation in claims advocacy and employee support, assisting thousands of members with complex coverage issues and escalations. These early experiences shaped his client-first approach and attention to detail that continue to define his work today.

Known for his responsiveness, problem-solving mindset, and proactive communication style, Mitch builds long-term partnerships with HR teams and business leaders by acting as a trusted advisor and dependable resource throughout the year—not just at renewal.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and holds his Connecticut Life, Accident, Health & Sickness Producer License.
