Kerri Johnson is an Account Manager at MDG Benefit Solutions, where she provides hands-on support to employers and their employees across all aspects of health and welfare benefits administration. With more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Kerri brings a deep understanding of both carrier operations and brokerage services.

Prior to joining MDG, Kerri held roles at regional health insurance carriers and employee benefits brokerages, where she managed group benefit programs for a wide range of small and mid-sized employers. Her experience includes leading open enrollment meetings, assisting with new business implementation, resolving claims and billing issues, and ensuring compliance with plan and regulatory requirements.

At MDG, Kerri is a key member of the client service team, known for her responsiveness, technical expertise, and commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits. She works closely with client HR teams and insurance carriers to deliver the high-touch support MDG is known for.

Kerri is licensed in Life and Health Insurance and is proficient in a variety of benefits administration platforms and CRM systems.
