MDG compliance services have a three-pronged foundation:

1. MDG staff participate in continual compliance training in all benefit plan related regulations.  These trainings include on-site seminars hosted in our office by attorneys as well as virtual events and webinars.  MDG’s staff are career benefit specialist and serve as our clients’ first option for most compliance questions. 
2. Clients Can submit compliance related legal questions to MDG account management for a written response from ERISA attorneys via MDG’s access to the MDG pool of over a dozen ERISA attorneys.  MDG’s attorneys typically provide a response within 3-4 business days.  MDG does not have a limit on the number of questions it can submit.  MDG has access to these attorneys through MDG’s “benefit partner” program in which MDG participates.. 
3. Clients receive access to the Zywave HR Compliance support advisory service, among the largest such services in the country. Clients can submit HR related questions directly via email or phone.  A credentialled HR specialist will provide a response in writing as well as verbal follow up..
