Matthew Libby has been a leader in the employee benefits industry for over twenty years. As Principal of MDG Benefit Solutions, he has extensive experience designing and administering benefits for diverse organizations, including government contractors, municipalities, charter schools, and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise covers a full range of benefits, from medical benefits to ancillary programs.

Before joining MDG as a Partner, Matthew managed the New York City office of a major Third Party Administrator, overseeing benefits for large employers. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and is certified by the National Association of Health Underwriters. He is recognized for his deep knowledge of federal healthcare reform and employee benefit laws, and his presentations on healthcare compliance are approved for Continuing Education credits for CPAs in New York.

At MDG, Matthew plays a direct, hands-on role in negotiating client renewals and carrier proposals, working closely with clients to design, monitor, and execute their employee benefit strategies. His expertise helps clients navigate complex regulations and create innovative benefit solutions that reduce costs, improve compliance, and enhance profitability.
